Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    softened butter
    1 pkg. Smok-Y-Links
    2 c. shredded Cheddar
    4 eggs, whipped
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Butter 1 side of bread slice.
    Place buttered side down in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with 1/2 of sausage and 1 cup of cheese.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.
    Pour half over cheese layer.
    Repeat layering with bread buttered side up.
    Cover with foil; chill for 12 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes; remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
