Turkey Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (or your own mixture of bread crumbs with favorite spices)
    2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Cook sausage until nearly done.
    Add onion and celery.
    Cook slowly 10 minutes.
    Add hamburger and seasoning; brown.
    Add bread crumbs until the fat from the meat has been absorbed.
    Let cool before stuffing the turkey and keep it from becoming dry.
