Brisket Of Corned Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 brisket corned beef
    1 orange, sliced (yes, leave rind on)
    1 sliced onion
    1 sliced carrot
    pickling spices
Preparation
    Soak brisket for 1 hour in cold water.
    Remove and pat dry. Place on large piece of aluminum foil; reinforce center where you place the brisket.
    Now, cover with orange, onion and carrots. Last, add good amount of pickling spices.
    Seal foil and place on pan.
    Bake 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Place all platter (brisket sliced). Enjoy with favorite potatoes, etc.
