Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried until crisp and crumbled
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    pinch of nutmeg
    frozen 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Scatter bacon and cheese over bottom of crust.
    Prepare basic custard; beat until blended the eggs, milk, cream, butter, flour, salt, cayenne pepper and nutmeg.
    Pour custard over bacon and cheese.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven, about 40 minutes or until custard is firm and puffy and lightly browned.
    Serve warm or let it cool.
