Cream Cheese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 small can onion rings
3 lb. chicken breasts, cooked, skinned and boned
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine the cream cheese, milk and salts in a blender; blend until well mixed.
Butter a 3-quart casserole dish and place broccoli on bottom.
Pour half of cheese mixture over broccoli.
Place chicken on top; pour rest of cheese mixture over chicken.
Cover with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Place onion rings on top during last 5 minutes of cooking.
Makes 8 servings.
