Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease round cake pan or 2 loaf pans. Sift dry ingredients; add raisins.
Set aside.
