Quick Date Bread(Makes Two Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped pitted dates
    4 c. yogurt or buttermilk
    3/4 c. unsulfured molasses
Preparation
    Combine flour and baking soda in a large bowl.
    Stir in dates. Mix yogurt and molasses together in a separate bowl, then stir into flour mixture.
    Place batter
    in two lightly oiled 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch bread pans.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until browned and baked through.
