Cream Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter (cannot be whipped variety)
    1/2 lb. cream cheese (cannot be whipped)
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Knead together all ingredients.
    Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
    Work with part of dough at a time so remaining dough stays cold.
    Roll out dough on sugar.
    Cut into squares.
    Fill each square with strawberry or apricot jam.
    Fold each square over jam to form a triangle.
    Press edge with a fork.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
