Easy Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
    2 cans mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix ground chuck, egg, onion, bread crumbs and 1/4 cup mushroom soup.
    Form patties and brown in skillet.
    Drain fat off. Pour the rest of the mushroom soup over the patties.
    Simmer for about 30 minutes.
