Corned Beef And Emerald Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. corned beef
    small onion
    celery
    carrots
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    potatoes
    cabbage
    2 tsp. flour
    1 c. stock (from corned beef)
    1 tsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook corned beef covered with water in a large pot, with onion, celery, carrots, bay leaf and rosemary for 3 hours.
    Remove meat and add potatoes and cabbage for 1 hour.
