Stuffed Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 dry bread slices
broth or hot water
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 round steak (left whole)
Preparation

Break bread into small pieces.
Pour enough broth or water over to moisten. Add eggs, onion, salt and pepper.
Mix well and be sure it is moist, not dry.
Pour dressing onto the steak.
Roll the steak like a jelly roll and tie in 2 to 3 places.
Bake in electric skillet at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or more.
