Cucumber And Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cucumbers
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. potatoes
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. chopped dill
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Peel cucumbers.
    Halve them lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Cut crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces and toss with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Rinse well and pat dry with a towel. Refrigerate.
    Cook potatoes until tender; drain well, peel and dice.
    While still warm, toss in a bowl with oil, vinegar, remaining salt, pepper, onions and dill.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Add cukes, sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Combine gently.
