Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sweet milk (2% or whole)
1/2 c. butter or oleo
2 lb. peaches
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients.
Gradually stir in milk and butter.
Mix peaches, water and sugar in another bowl (use no more than 2 cups liquid).
In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, melt butter. Pour batter in pan then pour fruit over batter.
During baking, batter will rise to top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top is well browned.
