Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Preparation

Measure out and combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl; mix thoroughly until blended with spoon (not electric mixer); pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until cake springs back when touched; let cool and top with white or chocolate frosting.
