Sweet Potato Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans sweet potato or 1 large can, mashed
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 1/2-quart casserole.
