Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell peppers
    1 clove garlic or minced garlic
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 c. Bloody Mary mix
Preparation
    Peel shrimp; cook onion, pepper and garlic in butter until tender.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Add tomatoes and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add shrimp and simmer about 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
