Shrimp Bisque - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. each: finely chopped onion and celery
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. butter-flavored salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of white pepper
    4 c. skim milk
    14 oz. cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 2 ingredients with 1/4 cup water in saucepan. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Add remaining ingredients except shrimp; mix well.
    Simmer until thick, stirring constantly. Fold in shrimp.
    Heat to serving temperature.
    Yield: 6 servings.
