Squash Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 yellow squash
1 onion
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Wash squash and boil until tender.
Drain and mash squash. Add onion, egg, flour and salt and pepper.
Press into cakes by hand.
Fry in oil until brown on both sides.
