Cream Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. minced onion
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
4 c. tomato juice
1 small bay leaf
Preparation

Saut onion in margarine in large saucepan until tender.
Add flour, salt and pepper and stir until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk and tomato juice; cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
Add bay leaf; simmer 1 minute.
