Grandma'S Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Put dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
Add milk until dough is neither too thick or too thin.
Drop by teaspoonful into hot oil. As they brown, they will come to the top of the oil.
Brown to a golden brown, turning over and browning other side.
Then enjoy with syrup.
