Tuna 'N Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots, thawed
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 1/2 oz. or 9 1/4 oz.) can Star-Kist tuna, drained
    1 1/2 c. Minute original rice, uncooked
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/3 c. toasted sliced almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in large skillet on medium-high heat.
    Add onion; cook and stir until tender but not browned.
    Stir in vegetables, milk, soup and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in tuna, rice and parsley; cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Stir.
    Garnish with almonds (if desired).
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
