No Bake Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. nonfat cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. Egg Beaters
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
    Blend in Egg Beaters, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Pour into prepared graham cracker crust.
    Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
    Best if eaten within 24 hours.
