Curried Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 Tbsp. fat or oil
1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
1 3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. flour
2 3/4 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Coat chops with flour; set aside remaining flour.
Brown chops on both sides in fat in an ovenproof frypan.
Remove pan from heat. Remove excess fat.
Cover chops with mushrooms.
