Hot Mexican Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can Hormel chili (no beans)
    chopped green pepper
    chopped green onion
    1 small can chopped green chilies
Preparation
    In a pie plate, layer all ingredients in the order listed. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top with Monterey Jack cheese and let melt. Dip with tortilla chips.
