Mom'S Easy Baked Sole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. butter, divided
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ripe tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped basil or 1 Tbsp. chopped sweet marjoram or parsley
2 lb. sole fillets
Preparation

Heat butter. Add garlic and tomatoes. Cook 30 seconds, stirring. Turn off heat and stir in cheese and basil.
Pour over fillets and add 1 tablespoon butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
