Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sauteed in butter
1 small pkg. noodles, cooked
2 c. turkey, cut up
1/2 c. turkey or chicken broth
1 c. cream or 1/2 c. cream and 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sherry
1 c. toasted slivered almomds
Parmesan cheese or Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat soup with broth and slowly add cream, then sherry. Butter a large casserole or glass baking pan.
Add turkey, noodles and mushrooms. Pour liquid over top, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan or Cheddar cheese.
Top with toasted almonds.
Bake in hot oven until bubbly and browned on top.
