Spanish Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small pork chops
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Brown chops and onion in large skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, about 1 hour.
