Welsh Rarebit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. margarine
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dried mustard, salt and pepper to taste
    2 large slices buttered toast
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch with a little of milk.
    Bring rest of milk to boil and add the cornstarch and milk mixture; cook until bubbly and thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Add grated cheese, margarine, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
    Pour over buttered toast. Brown under broiler, if desired.
    Serves 1 or 2.
