Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups Crisco shortening
    2 cups white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    4 eggs
    4 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. salt
    5 cups all purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 pkg.(12oz.) chocolate chips
    nuts if desired
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together, add to first mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 10-12 minutes. Makes 74 large cookies.
