Pineapple Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 stick melted margarine
    2 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    3 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
    2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    3 large eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into two unbaked pie shells. Bake for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Refrigerate pies.
