Homemade Macaroni & Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 Make white sauce with margarine, flour, milk & salt (on stove top). Bring to a boil, and let it get thick (only boil for 1/2 min.). Add 1 1/2 cups cheese to sauce. Boil macaroni until tender and drain. Stir all together with macaroni. Put into baking dish and add cheese to top. Bake 20 - 25 min.
