Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked celery
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. evaporated milk, heated
6 oz. spaghetti, cooked
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 (3 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
1 c. American cheese, grated
Preparation

In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
Blend in flour. Add seasonings, celery and broth. Cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in milk.
Add half of the sauce to the spaghetti. Place in a greased, shallow casserole. Add chicken and mushrooms to the remaining sauce.
Pour over the spaghetti. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
