Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Melt in saucepan.
    Add 1/4 cup milk; stir constantly.
    Cook until bubbly.
    Remove from heat.
    Cook until lukewarm.
    Beat in 3/4 box confectioners sugar.
    Put on cake and enjoy.
