Smoked Sausage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage
4 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 carrot, shredded
1 can water chestnuts
garlic to taste
2 c. beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
soy sauce to taste
Preparation

Stir-fry meat until brown; put in bowl.
Put all vegetables in pan; stir-fry until crisp-tender.
Return meat.
Mix bouillon, cornstarch and soy sauce; pour over all.
Stir-fry until sauce is slightly thickened.
