Clam And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. shell macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
16 oz. can creamed corn
1 to 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, drained
Preparation

In a large saucepan, saute celery and onion in butter.
Stir in water, macaroni, salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.
Stir in milk, corn and clams; cook just until heated through.
Yields 6 (3/4-cup) servings.
