Mom'S Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lean venison or beef
    1/4 c. liquid hickory smoke
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Cut meat into strips approximately 1/2 x 1-inch and any length.
    Trim all fat off.
    Hammer with meat hammer, turn over strips and hammer again.
    If you don't have a meat hammer, jag the meat with a fork.
