Feta Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 c. ground walnuts
1/2 c. finely crushed zwieback
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. crumbled Feta*
1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. fresh chopped mushrooms
1/3 c. chopped pitted ripe olives
1/8 tsp. salt
fresh oregano leaves
Preparation

Crust:
Mix walnuts, zwieback and butter.
Press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
