Hungarian Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef short ribs
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    6 oz. noodles
    1 c. water
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, brown meat in hot oil.
    Add onions.
    Blend together the tomato sauce, 1 cup of water, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, dry mustard and Worcestershire and pour over meat.
    Cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Skim off fat.
    Stir in noodles and second cup of water.
    Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes more or until noodles are tender.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Delicious with homemade noodles.
