Apple Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large tart apple
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. white sugar
1/4 c. Egg Beaters
2 Tbsp. Jiffy mix

Preparation

In an 8-inch frypan, melt butter and brown sugar.
Slice large, tart apple and saute.
Mix Egg Beaters and white sugar and beat in Jiffy mix.
