Sunday Brunch Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 beaten eggs or egg substitute (1 1/4 cups)
    1 1/2 c. Dari-Mate
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. frozen hash browns
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1/4 c. imitation bacon bits
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl combine eggs, Dari-Mate, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Add potatoes, broccoli, bacon bits, onion and cheese.
    Pour into Pam sprayed 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    If refrigerated (pre-made) bake at 375\u00b0.
    Yields 8 servings.
