Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Preparation

Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
Let cool.
Beat eggs at medium speed in large bowl with electric mixer until frothy. Add sugar, mixing well.
Stir in gelatin and remaining ingredients.
Pour into ice cream freezer container and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
Yields about 1 gallon.
