German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/4 cup bacon drippings
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    1/2 cup vinegar
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 hard boiled eggs
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender and drain.
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Saute onions in bacon drippings until tender. Blend in flour with next 5 ingredients and 1 cup water.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Stir in bacon and potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes, tossing lightly. Add eggs, tossing to mix.
