Stephen'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed cooked chicken
    3 c. cream
    4 tsp. paprika
    salt
    white pepper
    pinch of cayenne
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cream
Preparation
    Put the chicken into the top of a double boiler with the cream, paprika, salt and pepper to taste and pinch of cayenne. Put over simmering water and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
    Blend cornstarch with cream and add to chicken mixture, stirring constantly.
    Cook until thickened.
    Serves 6.
