Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (40 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
    2/3 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, saving 1/4 cup of juice.
    Mix flour and sugar with pineapple.
    Crumble crackers; melt butter and add both to flour and sugar mixture.
    Add 1 cup cheese and the 1/4 cup pineapple juice.
    Mix well and put into ovensafe casserole dish. Top casserole with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
