Peach Glazed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-1/2 oz.) can peach slices, undrained
    hot water
    1/2 stick butter or oleo, cut into pieces
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top Savory Herb stuffing mix
    6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
    1/3 c. peach or apricot preserves
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Add hot water to syrup to equal 1-1/2 cups. Mix syrup mixture and butter in large bowl until butter is melted. Stir in stuffing mix and peaches, let stand 5 minutes. Spoon stuffing mixture into 13 x 9 inch baking dish, arrange chops over stuffing. Mix preserves and mustard, spoon over chops. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until chops are done.
