Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. diced apples
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix dry ingredients.
    Add oil and beaten eggs. Mix until well blended.
    Stir in apples, walnuts, nuts and crushed pineapple.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
