Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. grated pumpkin
1 small can nuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix very well.
Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and ice cake.
