Mexican Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round (optional)
    1 small onion
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    46 oz. can tomato juice
    12 oz. can tomato paste
    3 (15 oz.) can chili beans
    16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 c. crushed corn chips or Doritos
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions; drain.
    Add taco seasoning, tomato juice, tomato paste, chili beans and frozen vegetables.
    Mix well. Bring to a boil; simmer one hour, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with chips and cheese.
