Chicken Livers(Stuffed) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chicken livers
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1 (7 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    16 to 18 slices bacon, cut in thirds
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken livers; cut livers in half.
    Marinate about 1 hour in soy sauce, oil, sugar, garlic and curry powder mixed real good.
    Then wrap sliced water chestnut with chicken liver and then bacon.
    Secure with toothpick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 8 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
    Ready to serve.
