Freezer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white vinegar
1 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
4 c. broccoli flowerets
4 c. cauliflower flowerets
1 large carrot, scraped and shredded
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped red peppers
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Boil one minute; let cool.
Combine broccoli, cauliflower and the rest of ingredients in a bowl.
Add cooled vinegar mixture and toss.
Cover.
May be frozen up to 1 month.
To serve, thaw in refrigerator for 8 hours.
May be frozen in smaller portions for individual servings.
